Job Description

Texas Throne is a trusted provider of portable restrooms and handwashing stations, proudly serving the surrounding Coastal Bend Area. We deliver reliable, sanitary solutions for construction sites, events, and community needs. Position Overview We're seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales for our portable restroom and sanitation services. The right candidate will be key to expanding our presence in the region and maintaining our reputation as a trusted service partner. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, referrals, and industry events. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, event planners, municipalities, and other potential clients. Present and sell Parks Portable Toilets' full suite of products and services, including portable restrooms and handwashing stations. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their job site, event, or community requirements. Negotiate pricing and contracts within company guidelines. Collaborate with operations to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reports on sales activity and forecasts. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and local market conditions. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in construction, rentals, sanitation, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to manage multiple accounts and consistently meet sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills Knowledge of construction site logistics and portable sanitation needs. Experience selling services in a B2B environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
