Job Summary We are a Japan-based development team expanding into the U.S. market. Our team delivers high-quality software and AI solutions for clients across different industries. We are committed to professionalism, clear communication, and long-term client relationships. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable communication partner who can help us build strong relationships with U.S. clients and support smooth project coordination. Responsibilities Serve as a client-facing communication partner for our team Join occasional video calls with clients based on your availability Help communicate client needs, questions, and feedback clearly to our internal team Build professional and positive relationships with U.S. clients Support smooth communication throughout ongoing projects Help create a strong and trustworthy client experience Compensation Revenue share: 30-40% of the total project value Qualifications Native-level or highly fluent English communication skills Comfortable speaking with clients in a professional setting Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Able to represent a development team clearly and professionally Prior experience in client communication, business development, customer success, account management, or project coordination is a plus Ideal Candidate Based in the United States Confident in communication with American clients Interested in long-term collaboration with a technical team Professional, reliable, and comfortable in client-facing situations Motivated by partnership-based earnings rather than fixed salary Why Join Us Work with an experienced Japan-based development team Focus on communication and relationship management rather than coding Enjoy flexible scheduling based on your availability Be part of a growing international business expansion Benefit from strong earning potential through revenue sharing Build a long-term partnership with a team focused on quality and trust
