  • Base salary is negotiable but you will be paid commision on all P&C Premium written
  • P&C Licensed preferred
  • All you have to do is write auto, homeowners, commercial auto and business insurance policies.
=) And you'll be paid commissions on premium. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including retail sales and telemarketing campaigns, to promote insurance products. Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable coverage options tailored to each customer's unique situation. Explain policy terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and understanding. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on leads. Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and expand existing client relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and ensure all client information is handled securely and confidentially. Requirements Tx state insurance license(s) for property & casualty. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities effectively. Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions. Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems to track leads and manage customer data efficiently. Knowledge of marketing techniques, benefits administration, and customer service best practices to enhance client engagement.
