We specialize in on-site shredding, secure storage solutions, and R2-certified electronics recycling with a focus on compliance, sustainability, and white-glove service. Position Overview We are seeking a driven, high-energy Sales Executive to generate new business and expand existing accounts across document shredding and IT asset disposal services. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings. Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
  • Sell document shredding services (recurring and purge) and ITAD solutions (asset pickup, data destruction, resale)
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (IT, operations, compliance, facilities)
  • Conduct onsite and virtual meetings with clients
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets Qualifications
  • 1-5+ years of B2B sales experience (service-based or logistics preferred)
  • Strong cold outreach and prospecting skills
  • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts is a plus
  • Familiarity with ITAD, recycling, or compliance-driven industries is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
