Overview:
This is an opportunity to join a startup insurance agency, earn uncapped commissions, and learn directly from the agency owner how to build and run a successful business. We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join a growing agency backed by Farmers Insurance. This role offers the chance to grow with the agency while developing sales, client management, and business skills. You will work directly with the agency owner and gain insight into how a successful insurance agency operates. Our goal is to build a high-performance team focused on growth, accountability, and long-term success, with opportunities for career advancement and potential agency ownership. Ideal candidates have:
Comfort working in a sales-focused, commission-driven environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence and resilience when overcoming objections Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivation and initiative Experience with Microsoft Office or CRM systems Sales or prospecting experience preferred A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus Licensing Requirements Candidates must obtain the following licenses within 30 days of hire: Property and Casualty License Life and Health License Support and guidance will be provided to help complete the licensing process.
