Job Description

Company Overview We are Volition, a sales recruiting firm that provides businesses with a specialized recruitment software platform and talent acquisition services. We help companies build and scale their sales teams through our platform. Role Summary The Account Executive manages the full sales cycle from initial discovery to close. This role involves handling a consistent flow of inbound leads while actively developing a personal pipeline through outbound prospecting. You will lead high-level business conversations with sales executives to align our platform with their hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Sales:
Manage the sales process from lead discovery and product demonstrations to contract execution.
Pipeline Development:
Convert provided inbound leads while proactively generating new outbound opportunities.
Account Transition & Retention:
Coordinate client hand-offs to Customer Success and re-engage during renewal windows to secure extensions or upgrades.
Sales Administration:
Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity tracking within the CRM.
Requirements Experience:
1+ years of professional B2B sales experience.
Communication:
Ability to lead professional presentations and navigate negotiations with executive-level stakeholders.
Sales Skills:
Proven ability to manage a pipeline, follow up consistently, and meet or exceed monthly quotas.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience using CRM systems and video conferencing tools.
Compensation OTE:
$70,000 - $90,000+ (Base Salary + Commission).
Employment Type:
Full-Time.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
