Our Account Executive is accountable for: Developing business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts as well as high-margin, local businesses Expanding and retaining existing customers, increasing our market share and profitability and achieving sales metrics Building and developing proposals and pricing models

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

Seeking 2+ years of direct sales or staffing sales experience (professional or light industrial experience preferred) Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current car insurance Required to be on-site in a branch or office and travel between client locations as needed (35-40% of work time will be spent in the field) Proven ability to thrive in a high-activity, outbound sales environment Demonstrated history of business development, cold calling, and building client portfolios Strong organizational and documentation skills (HubSpot or similar CRM experience preferred) Excellent relationship-building, prospecting, and negotiation skills Proven aptitude to offer strategic consultative support to customers, collaborating on solutions to meet client needs Possess current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions to drive strategies and partnerships Base compensation range: $61,575 - $82,000 annually Total compensation package and benefits applicable to the position - understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
