Base pay $4,000 per month +Plus continuing commissions. Benefits available after subject to applicable waiting periods and premium contributions by the Employee include: the company's 401k plan, Employee/Family medical and dental insurance coverage, Paid Time Off (accrual is based upon years of employment, with 4 hours per month earned during the first year of employment and up to 12 hours per month upon 10 years of employment), 10 days of paid holiday time off (earned after three full consecutive calendar months of employment).

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market share and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. You will engage directly with business decision-makers through face-to-face meetings and phone outreach to present the value of Armada Corp's collection and payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize sales activities to achieve defined objectives Develop and maintain a strategic list of prospective clients Actively network and represent the company at business events, and community organizations Maintain accurate records of all account activities using CRM software Participate in targeted industry conferences and events to generate leads and enhance industry knowledge Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients Conduct in-person and phone-based sales presentations to decision-makers Attend trade shows and industry events as needed (some overnight travel and evening hours required) Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
Proven sales background, ideally in a service-oriented industry Experience with CRM tools and sales documentation processes Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Comfortable with travel and flexible working hours when necessary Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed Reliable personal vehicle available for work-related travel (mileage reimbursed)
