Job Description

J ob Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a passion for driving sales growth. This role involves developing and hunting for new business. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Prospecting and hunting for new business in Central to Southeastern Wisconsin area. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for sales. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals. Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota 2-3 years of Outside sales/prospecting Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per week Strong organizational and time management Excellent written and verbal skills The ability to listen to the clients needs. Experience Proven experience in business development or sales. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management. Excellent communication skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges in the sales process.
