Entry Level Account Manager Brown & Brown Accountants PC Athens, AL Job Details Full-time | Contract $50,000 - $62,000 a year 2 days ago Benefits Paid training Employee assistance program Qualifications Customer communication Management Sales Customer service Business Leadership Full Job Description We are hiring a motivated Entry Level Account Manager to support customer relationships, assist with sales activities, and help ensure a positive experience for every client. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and working in a team-focused environment. You will interact with customers regularly, answer questions, explain products and services, process requests, and help connect customers with the right solutions. Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required. Full training is provided so you can learn the product line, understand the customer service process, and build the skills needed to succeed in the role. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner Explain products, services, and available options clearly Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Provide sales support and assist with customer inquiries Process orders, update records, and complete data entry accurately Follow up with customers and help maintain strong relationships Resolve questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner Escalate complex issues when additional support is needed Maintain a positive representation of the company and its brands Participate in product knowledge, customer service, and sales training Attend team meetings and contribute to daily performance goals Work with team members to improve the overall customer experience Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and comfortable speaking with customers Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Able to listen carefully and respond to customer needs Comfortable learning new products, systems, and processes Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills Willing to take initiative and solve problems Interested in developing customer service, sales, and account management skills Preferred Experience Previous experience in customer service, sales, account support, retail, hospitality, or a related field is a plus Experience handling customer questions or resolving concerns is helpful A degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is welcome but not required Training and Growth Paid training is provided to help you understand the product line, strengthen your communication skills, and learn how to support customers effectively. This position is a strong starting point for someone interested in building experience in customer service, sales support, account management, or client relations. Team members who perform well may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow into more advanced roles.
