Responsibilities Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that align with client needs. Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and feedback. Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the client and the company. Utilize system for tracking client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics. Lead business development efforts to expand the client base and enhance service offerings. Provide leadership and support to junior team members as needed. Skills Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within sales teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions. Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for contracts and agreements. Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary. Leadership abilities to guide team initiatives and mentor colleagues. Alabama Life & Health license preferred but not required. We will assist in licensing and training. This is an uncapped performance based income structured position.
