POSITION OVERVIEW

Field-based hospice sales and relationship development role focused on territory growth and referral management Established local territory with opportunity to expand referral partnerships and account relationships Independent field role supported by intake, clinical, and operational teams Mission-driven hospice organization focused on compassionate end-of-life care Huntsville metro location offering strong healthcare growth, business development opportunities, and community expansion

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$70,000 - $80,000 Uncapped monthly commission structure Bonus structure: $3,000 at 15 points plus $150 per additional point $500 new-account kicker bonus

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday field schedule Defined local territory coverage Independent field-based workflow structure ROLE Build and manage hospice referral relationships throughout assigned territory Grow and maintain existing account relationships within local healthcare market Develop new referral partnerships supporting hospice admissions growth Collaborate closely with intake and clinical teams during patient transitions Utilize CRM-supported workflow for territory and referral management Represent organization within healthcare community and local market networks
