Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to support business clients through a long-term contract opportunity based in Troy, Michigan. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with account data, responding to inbound business needs, and helping drive revenue through inside sales support. The role focuses on building dependable client relationships while using digital marketing knowledge and CRM tools to identify opportunities and strengthen account performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of business accounts by maintaining consistent communication and supporting day-to-day account needs.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from B2B clients, clarify objectives, and recommend appropriate solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Review account activity and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas that need attention.
  • Support inside sales efforts by uncovering growth opportunities, helping expand existing accounts, and contributing to revenue targets.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients through reliable follow-up, thoughtful problem-solving, and accurate coordination.
  • Use CRM systems to document interactions, track account updates, and maintain organized client records.
  • Apply knowledge of digital advertising tools, on-page SEO concepts, and related marketing resources when discussing account strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests, campaign needs, and account priorities are handled effectively.
