We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Account Manager to join our team in Little Rock, AR. Position Summary The Inside Account Manager plays a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience by providing responsive service, accurate information, and well-coordinated support for truck body and equipment solutions. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers and Regional Territory Managers, ensuring requests are handled professionally, efficiently, and accurately. The role works closely with sales, production, and parts teams to ensure customer needs are communicated clearly and completed on time. Key Responsibilities Support Outside Territory Managers with quotes, equipment availability, order updates, and technical information Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and walk-in visits with professionalism and urgency Prepare accurate quotes for body and equipment installations using Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems Recommend equipment solutions based on customer applications and operational needs Create and process detailed work orders for the production team Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure materials and parts are ordered and available Communicate job details, timelines, and updates with Production Managers and shop personnel Track open orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain organized documentation for quotes, orders, and customer communications Qualifications Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment High sense of urgency and responsiveness Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow Previous customer service, inside sales, trucking, equipment, or manufacturing experience preferred Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid holidays and paid time off Why Join Dealers Truck Equipment?
