Automotive Reconditioning Dealer Account Manager AZ High End Auto Team Mesa, AZ Job Details Full-time $67,000 - $110,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Fuel reimbursement Paid time off Employee discount Qualifications Term negotiation Account development Business development Prospecting CRM system proficiency Automotive industry sales experience Account management Time management Full Job Description Business Development Sales Representative (Full-Time) AZ High End Auto Team (azheatdetail.com) We are seeking a motivated Business Development Sales Representative to expand our dealership accounts by selling high-demand automotive services including used car reconditioning (PDR, wheel repair, paint touch-up, and interior repair) as well as paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and window tint for new vehicles. This role is ideal for a confident relationship-builder who enjoys being in the field, meeting decision-makers, and closing new accounts. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners Create and deliver weekly sales estimates for used vehicle reconditioning Prospect and develop new dealership accounts for both reconditioning and paint protection services Track monthly results and identify trends to support forecasting and growth planning Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a high standard of service Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) Experience working for or with auto dealerships a must Confidence in negotiation and presenting services to decision-makers Self-driven with strong time management and follow-through Comfortable using CRM tools or similar software platforms Leadership mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude Performance Expectations Success in this position means consistently bringing on one new dealership customer per month (or more). You'll work directly with key dealership leaders including Used Car Directors, General Sales Managers, and General Managers, building long-term partnerships through trust and results.
