CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Anne Sisteron Fine Jewelry — Beverly Hills, CA Full Time | In-Store & Virtual | Commission + Bonus

THE ROLE
We are looking for a warm, driven, and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to serve as the connective thread between Anne Sisteron and our clients — whether they walk through our doors in Beverly Hills or shop with us from across the world. This is not a traditional sales associate role. You are a relationship builder first and a brand ambassador always. You will work closely with our founder and report directly to our Head of Operations, who manages the day-to-day of the boutique. The ideal candidate is a true team player who brings positive energy, respects the structure and culture of a growing team, and understands that every sale — in any channel — is a collective win.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Sales — Build and maintain meaningful, lasting relationships with in-store and online clients through attentive, personalized service — Assist clients in-boutique and virtually — via phone, email, and digital channels — with equal care and professionalism — Follow up with clients post-visit and post-purchase to nurture loyalty and encourage return engagement — Develop thorough knowledge of the Anne Sisteron collection to confidently guide clients through selections and custom requests — Actively contribute to the growth of the business across in-store and online channels — Process transactions accurately using our POS system; handle exchanges, returns, and special orders with precision — Pack and ship online orders as needed, ensuring a beautiful and brand-consistent unboxing experience Operations & Store — Maintain impeccable boutique presentation — showcases, displays, and all client-facing surfaces — to reflect our luxury standard at all times — Support inventory management including receiving, tagging, and conducting routine counts — Handle opening and closing procedures and ensure the boutique runs smoothly day to day — Coordinate with the team on special requests, repairs, and client follow-through — Support trunk shows, in-store events, and brand activations as needed — Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture where all channels and team members are equally valued
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required — 3+ years in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or a high-touch client-facing role — Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — in person, by phone, and in writing — Genuine passion for building client relationships, not just closing transactions — Collaborative by nature — you work well with a small, close team and respect the people around you — Comfort and confidence serving both in-store and online clients as one seamless experience — Proficiency with POS systems and general retail operations — Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail — Self-motivated, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced boutique environment Preferred — Experience with Shopify or a Shopify-based POS system — Familiarity with omnichannel or DTC retail operations — Prior experience managing a client book or CRM outreach — Knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, or precious metals — Experience supporting or working alongside a founder-led brand
