Job Description At Alaska Airlines, we are looking for a Director of Global Strategic Accounts to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our strategic initiatives and expanding our global footprint. The Director will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales and account management.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for key global accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on account strategies. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders. Monitor account performance and implement improvements as needed. Lead negotiations and contract discussions. Provide regular updates to senior management on account status and performance.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or account management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
