Opens a new window. We're hiring a Regional Sales Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers while developing new dealer accounts. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on dealer success and account growth: understanding what each dealer needs, identifying why purchasing may be trending up or down, and executing a plan to increase product adoption and sales. You'll work closely with internal teams (sales leadership, customer/tech support, operations, and engineering as needed) to ensure dealers get fast answers, clean follow-through, and the support required to sell and service our products. What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow assigned dealer accounts through consistent contact, follow-up, and relationship building
  • Drive account growth by identifying dealer needs and opportunities, improving product adoption, and increasing ordering over time
  • Educate dealers on new products and updates through calls, trainings, and in-person visits
  • Monitor and respond to changes in buying behavior (e.g., reduced ordering) by diagnosing root causes and implementing corrective actions (training, product mix, re-engagement, resolving blockers)
  • Develop new dealer relationships by pursuing leads and prospecting within assigned markets
  • Travel for dealer visits and trade shows roughly monthly
  • Maintain clean activity and pipeline visibility in company systems and communicate status clearly to Sales leadership
  • Coordinate internally to resolve dealer issues efficiently and professionally What Success Looks Like
  • Established a consistent cadence with assigned dealers (touchpoints, follow-up, and planned visits)
  • Demonstrated measurable progress in dealer engagement and account momentum (adoption of additional products, reactivation of slow accounts, improved ordering consistency)
  • Built and maintained an active pipeline of new dealer opportunities
  • Provides reliable visibility to Sales leadership: clear next steps, clean notes, and disciplined follow-through Qualifications Must-Haves
  • Sales or account management experience (B2B preferred)
  • Willingness to travel approximately monthly for dealer visits and trade shows
  • Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket (dealers, performance shops, parts sales, etc.)
  • Strong follow-up habits, organization, and time management
  • Comfortable learning and selling technical products
  • Clear written and verbal communication (email+ phone are daily tools) Nice-to-Haves
  • Existing relationships within performance shops/dealers
  • Trade show experience (regional shows and/or SEMA)
