Through sales engagements, you will guide clients through simple processes to set up their accounts. The Entry Level Account Manager also handles inquiries with professionalism, ensuring every client understands the value of their accessible device and data plan. As an Entry Level Account Manager, our sales and account coordination training prepares you to handle our clients' wireless accounts while building a career in account management and sales. The Entry Level Account Manager will then meet our clients in person, listen to their connectivity concerns, and offer affordable wireless solutions that lower their bills. Every Account Manager contributes to overall sales growth by helping clients identify solutions that fit their needs and budget. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager Connect with our clients in person to discuss their mobile needs and introduce affordable mobile solutions as the ideal fit. Manage client accounts in person to ensure they're maximizing the benefits of their affordable mobile solutions plan. Drive sales growth by emphasizing the affordability and reliability of our mobile solutions. Engage with clients to explain how affordable mobile solutions can improve their digital experience without financial strain. Maintain account satisfaction by proactively checking in with clients and addressing issues with their affordable mobile solutions. Support account upgrades to help our clients transition to better affordable mobile solutions as their needs evolve. Participate in ongoing Account Manager training designed to strengthen communication and sales skills. Support team sales goals while delivering excellent account management service. Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Genuine interest in account management and sales is a plus. Demonstrates integrity and transparency in all sales and account practices. Committed to refining communication and sales strategies for each account. Quickly masters product knowledge to articulate benefits for every new account. Motivated to develop professionally as an Account Manager.
