This role is focused on managing and growing relationships with key principals, ensuring retention while identifying opportunities to expand services across the customer base. You will play a critical role in aligning customer needs with operational capabilities, driving profitability, and improving supply chain performance through collaboration and strategic planning. Working cross-functionally, you will influence internal stakeholders, manage performance against KPIs, and lead commercial discussions that strengthen long-term partnerships. This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability, strategic thinking, and delivering measurable results. What You'll Do Develop and implement customer-specific strategies aligned to business objectives Define and manage KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability Build and maintain strong relationships with key principals Manage customer queries and ensure efficient resolution Identify and unlock opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts Lead commercial discussions and support negotiation of agreements Conduct rate reviews to ensure ongoing profitability Collaborate with supply chain teams to drive operational efficiencies Facilitate S&OP processes to manage cost drivers and optimise performance What You Bring Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification 5+ years' experience within supply chain, preferably in FMCG Minimum 3 years' experience in account management or administration Strong understanding of customer relationship management and 3PL environments Proficiency in SAP (MM, BW) and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions What Success Looks Like Strong, sustainable relationships with key principals Consistent achievement of customer and internal KPIs Measurable growth within existing accounts Improved supply chain efficiencies and cost optimisation Effective collaboration across internal teams High levels of accountability, ownership, and delivery Client Blurb A leading FMCG supply chain organisation focused on delivering efficient, scalable solutions while building long-term partnerships with key clients.
