Air Export Operation Specialist-Mandarin Required HirePro US Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Freight Forwarder to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. This role requires a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management, as well as excellent negotiation skills to facilitate transportation sales. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the entire freight forwarding process from origin to destination. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Negotiate rates and terms with transportation providers to secure competitive pricing. Manage documentation related to shipping, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and invoices. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities within logistics sales. Utilize AS400 or similar software systems for tracking shipments and managing inventory. Monitor shipments to ensure compliance with regulations and timely delivery. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in logistics or transportation management is preferred. Strong background in sales management or customer relationship management is a plus. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively. Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics sales strategies. Proficient in using AS400 or similar logistics software systems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
