130,000 - 150,000 (Base) About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a Family Office Advisory Senior Analyst to join a high-performing client service team supporting ultra-high-net-worth families. This individual will play a key role in delivering a highly personalized, proactive, and detail-oriented client experience across lifestyle management, investment support, insurance, legal, tax, estate planning, and broader wealth advisory needs. The Senior Analyst will work closely with internal teams, senior client service professionals, and external partners, including attorneys, tax advisors, insurance brokers, private banking contacts, security providers, and concierge vendors, to help execute client requests and drive projects to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, enjoys solving complex client needs, and has experience supporting affluent or ultra-high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Advisory Support Provide proactive, high-touch support across all aspects of client relationships, including lifestyle services, wealth strategy, investment support, estate planning, tax planning, and insurance-related needs. Assist with the preparation, coordination, and execution of legal, tax, and wealth planning strategies, including documentation related to wealth transfer, tax payments, asset protection, philanthropic initiatives, and estate planning. Support bespoke client requests and one-off projects with accuracy, urgency, and strong attention to detail. Adapt communication style to effectively support different audiences, including clients, internal stakeholders, and external advisors. Develop a working knowledge of trusts and estate planning structures, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, GRATs, Delaware trusts, LLCs, gifting strategies, promissory notes, wills, and prenuptial agreements. Client Operations Partner with internal teams to support new client onboarding, account transfers, account maintenance, and ongoing client service workflows. Monitor and manage daily cash balances while providing private banking support across client accounts. Coordinate with treasury team members to process bill payments, investment funding, tax payments, and cash disbursement requests. Assist with investment-related documentation, including subscription documents, purchase agreements, and investor support materials. Team Collaboration Work closely with internal teams across investments, investment operations, client operations, treasury, and family office HR to ensure seamless client service delivery. Participate in cross-functional initiatives that support process improvement, team efficiency, and overall business growth. Serve as a reliable liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure timely project execution. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and internal systems. Track client projects, requests, and reporting needs with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and data integrity. Prepare client-facing and internal documentation with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Training & Mentorship Assist in training and mentoring Client Analysts and new team members. Help junior team members understand internal systems, client service processes, workflow management, and organizational best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 3 years (preferred 6+ years) of relevant experience in family office, wealth management, private banking, client service, or another high-touch environment supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, polished work. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to proactively solve problems, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of client needs. High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external advisors.
