Position Features:
Looking for a Commercial Lines Account Representative are you a skilled insurance professional looking for a dynamic role where you can make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial and personal lines insurance accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently. Assist clients with claims processing and provide guidance throughout the claims process. Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance programs to ensure adequate coverage. Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage options for clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial and personal lines insurance account management. Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office programs. Valid insurance license required.
