Job Description

Job Summary A growing insurance team in Fresno, CA is seeking a P&C License Insurance Account Rep. with commercial lines insurance experience for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an insurance professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who is ready to build a long-term career in commercial insurance, account servicing, policy support, and underwriting coordination. This is a hands-on Commercial Lines Account Representative position where you will gain exposure to the full commercial insurance lifecycle, including marketing, quoting, binding, servicing, and renewals. You will be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment that values organization, communication, continued learning, and strong client service. Key Responsibilities
  • Support commercial lines insurance accounts through the full policy lifecycle, including marketing, quoting, binding, servicing, and renewals.
  • Assist with account management activities, policy documentation, client communication, and follow-up requests.
  • Coordinate with internal team members, underwriters, and carriers to help ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance transactions.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and professionalism.
  • Participate in continued education, insurance seminars, and training opportunities to strengthen insurance knowledge and maintain licensing requirements.
  • Help deliver responsive service that supports client relationships and protects business customers. Compensation and Benefits
