This position supports Account Managers who oversee diagnostic, wellness, and medical device fulfillment programs for laboratory and healthcare clients. The individual in this role assists with day-to-day project coordination, inventory management, production setup, documentation, and administrative activities that help ensure client programs are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a developmental position with exposure to client services, production operations, healthcare logistics, inventory coordination, and regulated fulfillment environments. Requirements Project & Client Support Support Account Managers with the setup and coordination of healthcare, wellness, and diagnostic fulfillment projects. Assist in managing projects from initial setup through final fulfillment and billing. Help ensure all required client information, specifications, approvals, and documentation are obtained and properly maintained. Provide administrative and operational support related to client programs and production activities. Assist with maintaining timelines and communicating status updates internally. Participate in client meetings when appropriate. Production & Order Coordination Assist in setting up production jobs and work orders within internal systems. Coordinate with operations, production, and fulfillment teams to help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Monitor workflow progress and escalate issues or delays when necessary. Assist with sample preparation, approvals, and project documentation. Take and organize photographs of samples, production runs, or finished materials for records and client approvals. Support quality verification processes and ensure samples match approved specifications. Inventory & Purchasing Support Assist with inventory monitoring and inventory-related data entry. Coordinate with purchasing teams regarding inventory needs and replenishment requests. Help track inbound materials, receiving, and inventory status for client programs. Support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and communication. Administrative & System Support Perform data entry related to orders, receiving, billing, inventory, and project tracking. Maintain accurate electronic and physical records. Assist with billing documentation and project closeout activities. Provide backup coverage for Account Managers during meetings, PTO, or other absences. Support continuous improvement of workflows and organizational processes. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production and client service environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams). Comfortable using Google Workspace products (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail). Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Preferred Two or more years of college coursework. Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, laboratory diagnostics, medical device/tests, fulfillment, manufacturing, or related industries. Experience supporting customer accounts, project coordination, production coordination, or administrative operations. Familiarity with inventory systems, order entry systems, or ERP platforms. Experience with quality systems
