We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and results-driven B2B Sales Account Manager to manage and expand our portfolio of high-value clients. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, balancing aggressive outbound cold prospecting with sophisticated relationship management for incoming warm and hot leads. Key Responsibilities High-Value Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise and high-value B2B accounts, ensuring exceptional service, retention, and account growth.
Lead Generation & Cold Outreach:
Actively research, identify, and engage cold leads to build a robust pipeline of contract manufacturing opportunities.
Lead Conversion:
Nurture and close warm and hot incoming leads, guiding potential partners seamlessly through our manufacturing capabilities and quotation process.
Pipeline Organization:
Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, technical specifications, and deal stages within our CRM, ensuring zero details drop.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with our R D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure accurate product delivery according to client specifications.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of proven success in B2B sales or account management, preferably within contract manufacturing, nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or the broader wellness industry.
Sales Prowess:
Demonstrated ability to cold-call, pitch high-ticket manufacturing services, and confidently close large-scale enterprise contracts.
Impeccable Organization:
Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of managing multi-month contract negotiation lifecycles.
Communication:
Masterful communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently present technical manufacturing capabilities to executives and business owners.
CRM Proficiency:
Experience using CRM platforms to diligently track leads, pipelines, and forecasting metrics.
