We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Property Operations & Client Relations Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between guests, homeowners, vendors, and our management team. This position combines hospitality, customer service, property management, field operations, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable traveling between multiple properties throughout Los Angeles County. Responsibilities Guest & Client Relations Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs Communicate with guests regarding arrival and departure schedules Assist with guest concierge requests and special accommodations Ensure guests follow established check-out procedures Serve as a primary point of contact for guests and homeowners Property Operations & Quality Control Conduct property visits before and after guest stays Perform walkthrough videos when requested and document property conditions Identify and report damages, maintenance concerns, and operational issues to management Ensure all properties are clean, secure, functional, and guest-ready Verify access codes are updated after every guest stay Perform routine inspections of vacant properties Remove mail and deliveries from properties as needed Monitor the cosmetic appearance and operational condition of all managed properties Vendor & Maintenance Coordination Coordinate maintenance vendors, cleaners, pool technicians, gardeners, and other service providers Schedule repairs and monitor completion of work Coordinate homeowner approvals for maintenance and repair work when required Follow up with vendors regarding service completion Coordinate with accounting regarding vendor payments and invoices Maintain accurate service schedules and property notes Housekeeping Coordination Schedule turnover cleanings based on guest departures and arrivals Confirm cleaning completion and property readiness Communicate schedule changes with cleaning teams Real Estate & Leasing Support Coordinate property access for showings, appraisals, inspections, photography appointments, and vendor visits related to leasing and real estate sales activities Install and remove lockboxes and signage as needed Administrative Support Perform occasional payment pickups and drop-offs Maintain detailed records and communications Provide regular operational updates to management Requirements Valid California Driver's License Reliable personal vehicle Current automobile insurance Ability to travel throughout Los Angeles County daily Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with smartphones, email, and basic computer applications Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform property inspections Professional appearance and demeanor required Comfortable interacting with homeowners, guests, vendors, tenants, buyers, and sellers Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently in the field Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client and property information Preferred Qualifications Experience in property management, hospitality, vacation rentals, hotels, real estate, or customer service Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance services Familiarity with short-term rental operations What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation 401(k) retirement plan Mileage reimbursement at the current California standard rate Opportunity for growth within a growing real estate and property management company Dynamic work environment with a mix of field and office responsibilities To Apply Please submit: Current resume Brief cover letter outlining relevant experience LinkedIn profile URL (preferred) or social media Confirmation of a valid California Driver's License, reliable personal vehicle, and current automobile insurance Qualified candidates should have experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, real estate, or a related field and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
