In this field-based role, you will drive sales performance by delivering complex clinical and business data to a targeted network of healthcare professionals (HCPs) and medical institutions.

The ideal candidate blends strong scientific aptitude with exceptional account management skills to effectively communicate product value, optimize territory growth, and navigate complex healthcare landscapes.
Key Responsibilities Drive Sales Objectives:
Attain and exceed localized sales targets by delivering high-impact, compliant clinical presentations to office- and hospital-based specialists, clinical pharmacists, and administrative decision-makers.
Execute Brand Strategy:
Apply strategic discretion and analytical judgment to execute franchise marketing campaigns, tailoring corporate tactics to meet the distinct needs of your geographic territory.
Cultivate Stakeholder Relationships:
Build and maintain long-term trust and loyalty with key opinion leaders (KOLs), specialized medical practices, local hospitals, and care clinics to ensure optimal product positioning.
Navigate Market Access:
Educate healthcare providers and administrative staff on product access channels, helping accounts navigate complex insurance, hub, and specialty reimbursement processes.
Field Trainer:
Work with field based sales team and present to high value accounts and KOLs.
Specialty Knowledge:
Prior experience commercializing biologic, injectable, or infused therapeutic solutions.
Therapeutic Expertise:
Working clinical knowledge of immunology pathways and/or the gastroenterology therapeutic field.
Managed Care Acumen:
Documented success navigating complex prior authorization, specialty pharmacy networks, and provider reimbursement landscapes.
Performance Track Record:
A history of thrive-driven success within high-growth, incentive-based individual performance metrics. Requires a
