Job Description

Job Summary A growing staffing and employment services team in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a motivated Sales Responsible Associate to join a high-performing recruiting, account management, and business development environment. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, matching talent with opportunity, and working in a fast-paced, people-focused industry. The Sales Responsible Associate will support recruiting, client development, candidate placement, and account management activities. This role is a strong fit for someone who is goal-oriented, highly organized, comfortable with outbound communication, and excited by the opportunity to build a long-term career in staffing and employment services.   • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify strong matches for client hiring needs.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and business contacts to generate new account opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and client follow-up to grow a book of business.
  • Perform reference checks, coordinate candidate submissions, and support the placement process from start to finish.
  • Negotiate rates, manage client expectations, and maintain strong account relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to support recruiting goals, client satisfaction, and successful employment placements. Compensation and Benefits
  • Direct hire opportunity.
  • Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
  • Base pay range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
  • Uncapped commission potential.
