Position Summary:
Provides proactive account management and develops strong relationships by supporting the Account Executive for existing customers in the Large Group segment. The Associate, Account Manager is responsible for plan benefits, account setup, plan sponsor reporting, and serving as an operations liaison.
Job Responsibilities:
Identifies customer service issues, recommends solutions, and may lead resolution efforts by collaborating with internal teams. Provides customers with Aetna policy updates, plan design and benefit changes, and network updates, including analysis of impact, in conjunction with Account Executive. Supports plan administration activities such as installation, open enrollment, plan setup, eligibility, billing, and drafting by working proactively with support areas; signs off on ID cards. May assist with training on product and policy questions. Responds to customer requests for network analysis, benefit plan design changes, and clarifications. Must be able to instill confidence in customers and demonstrate a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to problem-solve and resolve customer issues effectively. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems. California Accident & Health Agent License (active or obtained within 90 days of start date).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting existing business or account management functions. Familiarity with benefits, insurance, or plan administration processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
