No previous insurance experience is needed, however sales and service experience is a plus. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Additional Details This position is in-person and hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm.
