Our focus is on quality, service, and long-term client relationships. About the Role We are seeking a reliable and organized Account Manager Assistant to support the Account Manager in handling client accounts and daily operations. This role focuses on communication, project coordination, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Manager with daily operational tasks
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone
  • Track orders from initial request through final delivery
  • Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines
  • Prepare basic quotes, updates, and client communications
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records
  • Assist in resolving issues and escalate when necessary Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support preferred
  • Strong communication skills: English required; Spanish is a plus
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic computer skills: email, spreadsheets; CRM systems a plus Preferred

Acerca del Puesto Estamos buscando un/a Asistente de Gerente de Cuentas confiable y organizado/a para apoyar al Gerente de Cuentas en el manejo de cuentas de clientes y operaciones diarias. Este puesto se enfoca en la comunicación, coordinación de proyectos y en asegurar que los pedidos se completen de manera correcta y a tiempo. Responsabilidades
  • Apoyar al Gerente de Cuentas con tareas operativas diarias
  • Comunicarse con clientes por correo electrónico y teléfono
  • Dar seguimiento a los pedidos desde la solicitud inicial hasta la entrega final
  • Coordinar con el equipo de producción para cumplir con los plazos establecidos
  • Preparar cotizaciones básicas, actualizaciones y comunicaciones para clientes
  • Mantener registros de clientes precisos y organizados
  • Ayudar a resolver problemas y escalar situaciones cuando sea necesario Requisitos
  • Se prefiere 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente o apoyo en ventas
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación; inglés requerido, español es un plus
  • Organización y atención al detalle
  • Capacidad para manejar varias tareas de manera eficiente
  • Conocimientos básicos de computación: correo electrónico, hojas de cálculo; experiencia con sistemas CRM es un plus Deseable
