Frontier Client Relations Associate:
Conduct direct sales presentations to potential customers in assigned territories Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value of Frontier's products and services, including internet, voice, and video solutions Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Accurately process sales orders and customer information Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team development activities alongside fellow Frontier Client Relations Associates Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Frontier offerings, competitor activities, and industry trends Collaborate with the customer service and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience Qualifications for the Frontier Client Relations Associate role: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant client-facing position Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Driven to hit daily, weekly and monthly sales targets Strong at managing multiple priorities at once Thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment Basic technical knowledge Reliable transportation with a good driving record is a plus Must be at least 18 years old, a high school graduate, and eligible to work in the U.S. Benefits of being a
