The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager will manage client accounts, build relationships, support business growth, promote insurance products, quote clients, and ensure accurate data entry—all while upholding our core values, and covering you from every angle .
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts, coordinate services, and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and carriers Act as primary contact, ensuring coverage and cost solutions align with client needs Negotiate coverage for new and renewal business, prepare and submit documents to carriers Present proposals, bind coverage, handle invoicing, endorsements, and cancellations Issue insurance certificates and maintain confidentiality Update accounts/policies in Agency Management System and manage suspense accounts Stay current on licensing, industry updates, and product knowledge Represent the company professionally and balance collaboration with autonomy Additional duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
5+ years Insurance Personal Lines Insurance Account Management experience High school diploma (or equivalent) required Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and agency management system experience (Applied EPIC, preferred)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Applicable state required Property & Casualty License CISR preferred High school department or equivalent required Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
