Job Description

Rise Advisory is hiring a Client Account Representative to support our growing client base and expanding sales initiatives. This is a full-time, in-person role where you'll work directly with clients, manage business accounts, and contribute to daily sales performance. As a Client Account Representative, you'll be responsible for building client relationships, supporting account activity, and guiding customers through service options and account setup. This role combines client account management, customer service, and sales, making it a strong opportunity for someone looking to grow in a business-focused environment. What You'll Be Doing as a Client Account Representative Work directly with clients and customers to manage and support client accounts As a Client Account Representative, present service options, pricing, and promotions clearly Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication Assist with account setup, updates, and service changes in person Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and recommending solutions Handle customer questions, concerns, and service requests professionally Track account activity and maintain accurate client and customer records Work toward daily and weekly sales and account growth goals Collaborate with team members to drive overall performance and results If you're looking for a role where you're working directly with people, staying active, and building real experience in sales, client management, and business development, this is a strong place to start. What We're Looking For in a Client Account Representative Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and customers Interest in sales, account management, and customer-facing roles Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required Our Client Account Representatives are a key part of our growth. This role offers hands-on experience in client account management, sales, and customer service.
Pay:
$52,356.75 - $63,053.29 per year
