Job Description

Business Ventures LA is a growing sales and customer engagement firm partnering with leading telecommunications brands, including AT&T. We specialize in in-person customer interactions, helping individuals and families discover wireless and 5G solutions that best fit their everyday needs. We are currently hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join our residential sales team. In this role, you will work directly with customers in person, introduce wireless products and services, explain device and plan options, and complete customer enrollments. This is a full-time, customer-facing opportunity ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and account management. No previous experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities Engage with residential customers in person to understand their wireless needs and preferences Present AT&T wireless products, smartphone features, 5G capabilities, pricing options, and service plans in a clear and engaging way Complete activations, upgrades, and new account enrollments accurately and efficiently Build strong customer relationships through professional in-person interactions Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals in a performance-driven environment Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns directly with customers Maintain professionalism while handling customer information and account details Attend daily team meetings and ongoing sales training sessions Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented mindset with a motivation to succeed in sales Comfortable working in an in-person, customer-facing environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting Interest in wireless technology, telecommunications, and customer engagement Must be available to work full-time hours Reliable transportation preferred for residential territory travel What We Offer Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions Paid training and ongoing mentorship Career advancement opportunities within the company Weekly bonuses and performance incentives Supportive and team-oriented company culture Hands-on experience in residential sales and wireless account management
