This is a great opportunity with a wonderful company. This position is full time, onsite and direct hire paying up to $70K.
Duties include:
- Handle incoming customer communication via calls, and emails.
- Process incoming orders from customer via calls, emails, and web portal. Process Credit Card customers' payments.
- Order returns processing including issuance of credits and freight claims.
- Work with collections to determine if an account should be filled based on their payment history.
- Update internal costs of products
- End of Month Reports for Accounts Payable and Product Management.
- Order processing and credit memo issuing
- Communicate with the customers and Sales Representatives of backorders longer than 48 hrs.
