Job Description
Los Angeles Telecom Services is hiring an Entry Level Customer Account Representative to help represent AT&T wireless and internet services. In this role, you will meet with customers and local businesses, discuss their connectivity needs, and recommend wireless and internet solutions that fit their goals and budget. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing sales and customer service skills. Our team works in a fast-paced environment where communication, professionalism, and strong customer interactions drive success. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Account Representative Conduct in-person outreach with businesses and customers to sell and promote AT&T internet and wireless solutions Recommend Internet and phone packages that fit each company and customers size and monthly budget plan Assist with service installations and device setup if necessary, keeping accounts running smoothly Offer bundled promotions to increase account value and drive sales Check in regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities when applicable Maintain strong relationships with business owners and customers to support retention and renewals. Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Account Representative Experience in customer service roles like sales, hospitality, or account management is preferred Strong people skills and a sales-first mindset, eager to learn AT&T Business solutions Ability to stay organized and handle multiple business accounts daily with accuracy Ambition to advance into management and leadership positions
