Augustine Marketing has had the honor of collaborating with Fortune 500 companies, such as AT&T, on local and regional campaigns. Your role as an AT&T Account Representative plays an important role in working directly with customers in retail stores to address their needs, answer questions, manage accounts, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. You will be developed for success and work alongside a supportive team that values collaboration and professional growth. Key Areas of Focus for the
AT&T Account Representative:
Deliver successful face-to-face campaigns to bring AT&T's product or service to the customer, allowing them to experience the clients' brand first hand. Focus on managing and overseeing customer accounts and making sure the enrollment process is smooth and thorough. Identify potential customer leads, initiate engagement, assess their needs that align with your account's products and services, and finalize successful transactions. Strategize and plan ahead through the study of customer account data, retail store analysis, and AT&T's latest trends. Account Representatives are encouraged to boost communication, presentation, and business skills by actively participating in our structured mentorship and leadership development programs. Maintain a positive team environment through collaboration and mutual respect. Candidate Profile & Requirements for theAT&T Account Representative:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. No prior experience is required; we highly value backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, or any team-based environment where you've worked with the public. Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with others and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. A positive, coachable attitude with a strong desire to master new skills and grow professionally. Reliable and values integrity.Pay:
