Job Description
We specialize in AT&T sales, account management, and customer engagement within the wireless and fiber industry. As a growing AT&T partner, we are seeking a motivated AT&T Agent to join our office and support our expanding sales campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in AT&T sales, business development, account management, and customer engagement. As an AT&T Agent, you will work directly with customers to deliver tailored AT&T wireless and fiber solutions that support business growth. As an active AT&T Agent, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the AT&T sales process, strengthening client relationships, and developing core skills in sales and account management. Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Agent Represent AT&T in local outreach campaigns, driving customer engagement and brand awareness Execute daily AT&T sales activities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing Build and maintain relationships through effective account management and follow-up Educate customers on AT&T wireless and fiber products, delivering clear, solutions-based recommendations Manage the full sales cycle, including tracking performance and reporting sales activity Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies, account management practices, and customer engagement results Qualifications of the AT&T Agent High school diploma or equivalent required Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to drive customer engagement Interest in building a career in AT&T sales and account management Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Reliable transportation for local AT&T sales outreach and customer engagement
