  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account management, ensuring prompt and comprehensive responses.

Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and assist in the resolution of any account discrepancies. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience and streamline processes. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold confidentiality of all customer information.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
