Job Description
Rockline Strategies is hiring an Entry Level Representative in the Denver area to support a growing telecommunications campaign focused on high-speed internet and connectivity solutions. As an Entry Level Representative, you will work directly with customers in local communities, helping them understand available services, answering questions, and assisting with account setup. This is a full-time, field-based opportunity centered around customer interaction, account support, and sales activity. The Entry Level Representative plays a key role in building relationships, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial conversation through service activation. Entry Level Representative Responsibilities Work directly with customers to introduce high-speed internet and connectivity options as needed Assist with customer account setup, updates, and service selections as a customer sales representative Explain service details, pricing, and promotions in a clear and professional manner while working with other customer sales representatives Answer customer questions and provide accurate account support Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication Track customer interactions and maintain organized account records Support daily sales goals and contribute to overall team performance Entry Level Representative Qualifications Strong communication skills when working with customers Interest in customer service, sales, or account management Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and stay organized Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Reliable and professional approach to customer-facing work
