Position Summary Meisinger USA & Canada is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Account Manager to support sales efforts and collaborate with our distribution network. This role is primarily in-office , and all standard job duties are performed on-site in Centennial, Colorado. The only remote or out-of-office work associated with this position is travel for trade shows, conventions, and sales events. This is an entry-level sales position, ideal for someone looking to launch or grow a career in sales within the dental industry. The Inside Account Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales & Education. Who This Role Is For This Role is ideal for individuals who are:

  • Looking for a long-term growth in sales, not a short-term job Key Responsibilities Conduct a high volume of outbound calls (approximately 45
  • 60+ per day) as a part of a structured training and development program focused on building foundational sales skills and pipeline generation.
Accurately log all call activity and customer interactions in Salesforce (CRM) Support field sales and distribution representatives via phone, email, and text communication Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth Manage and grow assigned sales territories Attend and travel to trade shows, conventions, and industry events Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Prior customer service, retail, hospitality or internship experience in sales is a plus but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven Coachable, competitive and comfortable in a high-activity environment Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
Compensation & Pay Transparency Base Salary:
$45,000
  • $55,000 annually On-Target Earnings (OTE): Starts at $55,000 with a clear pathway to $75,000
  • $100,000 based on performance.
OTE includes base salary plus commission. Commission is uncapped and based on individual performance, sales results, and territory growth.
Additional Compensation:
