$15.16 - $25.00 per hour (Based on sessions performed and client retention) The Role Provide hands-on assisted stretching and recovery sessions to help clients move better, reduce pain, and improve performance. You'll work with a wide range of clients, from general population to athletes, delivering skilled, results-driven sessions. What You'll Do Perform assisted stretch & recovery sessions Improve client mobility, flexibility, and overall function Deliver a high-quality, personalized experience Actively rebook clients and maintain a full schedule Client Growth Requirement This is a client-building role, not just an hourly position. You will work with some existing clients You are expected to actively bring in, build, and retain your own client base Please do not apply if you are not comfortable generating and maintaining your own bookings. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and reliable Strong people skills and confidence with clients Self-motivated and comfortable recommending services Training Provided All training is paid and completed in-studio Learn hands-on assisted stretching and recovery techniques Ongoing support to help you build confidence and deliver high-quality sessions
