$85,000 Base + Uncapped Incentives ($150K+ Potential) Position Overview Our client, a growing staffing organization, is seeking a Business Development Manager to build new client relationships and expand their presence in the Colorado Springs market. This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience selling staffing solutions and understands how to develop business through face-to-face connections. Responsibilities Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field-based sales activity. Meet with local businesses to identify workforce needs and provide staffing solutions. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Develop long-term partnerships with new and existing customers. Manage the sales process from initial outreach through client onboarding. Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and sales updates. Partner with recruiting and operations teams to support client success. Represent the organization through client meetings, networking, and industry events. Qualifications Experience in staffing sales, recruiting, workforce solutions, or B2B business development. Proven success generating new business and building client relationships. Existing Colorado Springs market relationships preferred. Experience selling into industries such as construction, labor, hospitality, or related markets preferred. Comfortable spending the majority of time in the field meeting clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
