Build Careers. Build the Future HardHat Workforce Solutions is seeking a Construction Staffing Sales Representative to help connect the nation's top contractors with skilled craftsmen. We believe construction knowledge is far more valuable than staffing experience—we can teach the staffing industry. What we can't teach is the firsthand understanding of construction projects, jobsite challenges, and the people who make them successful. If you've worked in construction management, sold products or services to contractors, or built strong relationships within the construction industry, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, specialty contractors, and industrial construction companies. Identify workforce needs and provide skilled labor solutions for construction projects. Generate new business through networking, prospecting, jobsite visits, industry events, and referrals. Meet with decision-makers including project managers, superintendents, operations managers, and executives. Travel approximately 50% throughout your assigned territory. Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure clients receive qualified, safety-minded craftsmen. Ideal Background We're looking for someone who understands construction and speaks the language of contractors.
