Full Job Description What You'll Do:

As a 1031 Exchange Closing Coordinator , you'll be a key point of contact for investors, financial representatives, and our REIT clients—helping to facilitate smooth, timely, and accurate investment transactions.

Your role will include:

✅ Providing exceptional customer service to investors, financial advisors, and clients ✅ Guiding investors through the investment process, ensuring accurate transaction execution ✅ Reviewing and preparing investment subscription documents ✅ Managing transaction closings and post-closing support ✅ Communicating effectively with clients and transaction participants via phone and email ✅ Assisting with operational tasks that support Osage's broader business functions

The ideal candidate will have:
