Salary Range:

We will train the right candidate! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must obtain a Colorado Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (licensing assistance and reimbursement available). Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement. Educate potential and existing clients on insurance options and recommend coverage based on their needs. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Meet and exceed sales targets and agency goals. Participate in local events and outreach programs to promote the agency's services. Stay up to date with industry trends, policy changes, and Farmers Insurance products.
