Equipment Rental Specialist Atlas Machinery Rentals — Pueblo West, CO $17-$22/hour | 30-40 hours/week | Full-Time About the Role Atlas Machinery Rentals is a growing equipment rental company based in Pueblo West, CO. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Equipment Rental Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer-facing work and hands-on physical tasks. You will split your time between front-office duties and yard/equipment operations, with customer service, invoicing, and call taking being the primary focus.

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Office (75%): Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner Assist customers in selecting the right equipment for their specific projects and needs Create and process rental invoices, quotes, and contracts accurately Schedule equipment rentals, deliveries, and customer pickups Handle customer concerns and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude Maintain organized records and documentation Yard & Equipment Support (25%): Wash and clean rental equipment between rentals to maintain quality standards Perform minor maintenance tasks including fluid checks, greasing, and basic safety inspections Inspect equipment upon return for damage and overall condition Help load and unload equipment as needed Keep the yard organized, tidy, and safe at all times Support delivery and pickup operations when required Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable using computers for basic data entry and documentation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work comfortably indoors and outdoors Experience in equipment rental, construction, or customer service is a plus — but not required Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands-on opportunity to learn the equipment rental industry Room to grow with an expanding company How to Apply Send your resume and a brief introduction to: atlasmachineryrentals@gmail.com We look forward to hearing from you.
