This role is essential in supporting our clients, caregivers, and internal staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. Position Summary The Client Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for clients and families and caregivers assisting with scheduling, communication, documentation, and coordination of home care services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for clients, families, and caregivers Coordinate and maintain client schedules and care plans Assist with client intake, onboarding, and documentation Communicate changes, updates, and service needs effectively Maintain accurate electronic and paper records Support compliance with state and agency regulations Collaborate with care managers, HR, and operations staff Address client concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Experience in home care, healthcare, or client services preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic computer applications Customer-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism Knowledge of home care operations or compliance.
